First Post

So I decided to make this blog because I'm kind of bored, and I wanted to track my cookbook. I decided to make one myself because I'm moving out next year and I want to learn how to actually cook, and not just warm things up in the microwave. So far I've just been collecting recipes, and I got this app on my ipod that lets you check out all these recipes for free. I don't just want interesting recipes though, I also want to learn how to make things from scratch, like bread and stuff.

The first recipe I'm planning on making is romano risotto with radishes. I'll probably make it on Saturday, so we'll see how it works out.
